One of my favorite artists on DA is hosting a raffle! ^^ Feel free to check it out and enter if you so wish.
Merry Christmas Eve, everyone! It has been a hot minute since I did something like this, and since I am the spirit of being kind, I wanted to give a shout out to some people I commissioned this year, some of which I regularly commission. They are all very talented people and are really kind to boot. <3 They are not in any particular order.
Countess Rose: One of my personal favorite people to commission. Aside from me personally respecting her as a person, she is very talented in her craft. Every piece I got from her is very beautiful to look at. She has shown me the progress for each drawing and when I asked for a small change, she was willing to do it. She is very nice and willing to work with you. Plus, she has a Twitch where she sometimes does art streams, so if you are lucky, you can watch her work on your commission. It's really fun and excited to watch her work. She has a new commission sheet each year and her commissions open a certain time each month, so check in her pages to see if she's open.
CreCheri: Cre is someone I commissioned frequently in the past, mostly of any furry characters I have. Her work is adorable and beautiful, and she has brought to life quite a few characters that were once only in the mind. While her work is VERY expensive, I do see her as a very worthwhile, once-in-a-while splurge. She is also very sweet and is always excited to work with me.
Eveeka: Eveeka was a more recent discovery, but a worthwhile one. The two pieces I got from her so far are of massive quality; I'm talking Disney/Dreamworks animated level stuff. She is quite nice and I am very happy with the products she gave me.
BlueSky-Writer: Sky is very talented, especially when it comes to human characters. There is a certain soft quality in her art I can't quite put a finger on, but it just makes it all the more beautiful to look at.
Zimmer Zee: I've been friends with Zee for a long time, and I've watched my sissy sensei grow as an artist over the years. I still stand by what I said before; Zee is very talented and has grown so much as an artist and storyteller. While Zee is not on DA much [if at all], commissions are open on Twitter. Zee still has quite a bit left to learn, but is still willing to work with you.
BrogarArts: Brogar does a lot of great work. I've always loved commissioning the more cartoon-y stuff from him, and they are always fun to look at. He does other styles as well, so feel free to give him a look and see what you would like from him. Besides, he's just a nice guy. While he's not on DA anymore, you can still reach him on Twitter.
Broeckchen: Chen is a very sweet, very talented woman who does very lovely work. While I only commissioned her once, the product she gave me was gorgeous. She was very excited to work with me and she showed me the progress of the piece. She has her own website where you can commission her from.
And there we go; seven artists that I commissioned this year. Again, all of them are very nice and very talented people, and I am happy to have worked with them. Feel free to give them the love, and even if you can't commission them, at least check them out and admire their work.
Until next time, this is Summer Sketch, saying there is more than meets the eye if you just dive deeper. Merry Christmas and God bless.
P,S,
Here are the links to some of these guys and/or their commission sheets (in order of how they appeared in the journal)
So, I am a part of a medieval themed project starring anthropomorphic animals, and we recently lost a couple major characters in the project. If you want more details and/or are interested in joining the team, you can ping my friend who made this call-to-arms and has been one of the biggest contributors for this project.

Thank you for reading, and God bless <3
Someone I am watching is hosting a raffle! She has some pretty nice artwork, so feel free to check her out ^^
She actually did this lovely piece of my old vent sona, Tini Lockheart, a few years back. Biased or not, it's still one of my favorite pieces she ever did. I am still so honored she wanted to draw Tini, and she did my sad baby girl justice with this piece. It does look like it belongs on the cover of a graphic novel ^^
So, my boyfriend has been getting into 3D sprite modeling, and he does a really good job it it. Not too long ago, he publicly opened commissions for 3D sprite models! Feel free to check it out, and perhaps commission something.
